These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AccountBook mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by Sagar and Radhika (collectively referred to as "SaRa," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Our App collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures.
Any content you upload to the App remains your property, but you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content for the purpose of providing our services.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SaRa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
If you provide us with any feedback or suggestions regarding the App, you hereby assign to us all rights in such feedback and agree that we shall have the right to use such feedback in any manner we deem appropriate.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
The App may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such services may be subject to additional terms and conditions provided by the third-party service provider.
The App may offer in-app purchases. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using your account.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SaRa be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the App.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SaRa from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of your jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SaRa regarding our App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning its subject matter.
